Pepper Sterling is calling for her maid Elizabeth because she has an important job for her. She has a lot of rope beside her on a couch and asks Lizz to tie her up. She starts by tying Pepper’s wrists first and then grabbing more rope moves up to her elbows tying them tightly together.
